  • We are able to hold your product for 5 business days, after this time period, we can no longer accommodate and will ship after the 5th¬†business day


Please note that all fish and corals need proper acclimation after arrival

LBA Aquatics does not assume responsibility for die offs due to improper acclimation/handling

Packaging & Bagging

LBA Aquatics guarantees we only ship healthy and live products

We carefully inspect and QC our products before bagging

Product is placed in poly bags and boxed with specific protective packaging means to secure product (material depends on size and weight)

We will determine based on location and current forecasts if shipment will require a heat or ice pack to be included in the shipment.

Customer Satisfaction / DOA / Return Policy

At LBA Aquatics, our mission is to provide the best customer service

We strive to deliver and ensure our customers live fish/coral

  • In the event of a DOA, Dead on Arrival, LBA Aquatics requires a clear proof of photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery that the item arrived dead (based on tracking)

  • Please contact us through our store¬†and we may require you to ship back the item you received so do not dispose of the product

  • In the event that we do not have the same item available, customer will receive store credit (may not be used on shipping charges)

We do not provide refunds or credit for the following

  • Refusal of delivery

  • No one is available to receive package

  • Weather or shipping delays by carrier (acts of god)

  • Customer provided incorrect address
